Yes - I had that problem a month or so ago. How did I `crack` it? Did a total backup of everything that I could - Pre apps in the cloud, media data via the USB function, etc. Then did a FULL factory reset/total wipe back to zero. After the initial login with my Profile, Googlemail address/password, Facebook, etc all the apps came back painlessly (quickest/best in a good high signal are). The only thing that I lost was my SMS texting threads - perhaps someone on here can suggest a way of retaining/backing up these if it`s possible? Transferred all my data back via USB. Next, and before ANYTHING else, I reinstalled PreWare app using the USB cable and `just charge` option via the PC and then made sure that I had the most up-to-date version. After that I found that the advanced launcher functions that you mentioned downloaded/installed with no pain through PreWare. and furthermore I have much BETTER functionality of my launcher than ever before when I tried to use multiple tweaks that gave installation probs. I have ten launcher pages ALL classified and named at the top, with the option to jump between them without sweeping/sideways scrolling. You have to find the right tweak - there is one with multiple functionality that does the same as several of the others. I suspect that some of these tweaks may conflict with one another and hence your/my problem? It`s a bit of a pain having to do all this but I found it worth a couple of hours downtime over a weekend. as ever YMMV ! :-) > > -- Tony Cooke www.tonycooke.co.uk contactable at tony.j.cookeATgooglemailDOTcom Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar and fat.
