NOPE he was right
Christ could have returned IF the JEWS would have accepted him.
They did not & He did not return
Jesus sent them to the LOST Sheep of Israel.
Then....
Paul said that the jews had judged themselves unworthy so we turn to the gentiles
I believe it is in Acts 13.
God is not done with the Jews.
This scripture will be fulfilled in the future.

I like these other verses very much. It seems to me that you don't
understand how to read prophecy. Do you think Peter was wrong when he
quoted this prophecy to explain what was happening at that time?
