This is LDS salvation TYPE 1 "RESURECTION"
All people will be ressurected in spite of their actions or faith even unbelievers & heretics. Sort of like Jesus opened the door, without him no one can progress.
This is only the beginning, they must proceed with "EXALTATION" TYPE 2 to get to the highest heaven and or godhood. This is achieved on ones own merit.
Jesus got them in the game now they must proceed to produce works for advancement
