This does not mean that we are free to
draw our own conclusions in opposition to scripture—we must still keep our
theology within scriptural boundaries. This is not problematical for those who
don’t want to explain away scriptures they don’t agree with to form doctrines
of men. We do not have a “living, breathing” Bible, as the liberals claim
