Even when he was a Street Preacher?
The word of God hidden in the heart is a stubborn voice to suppress. Billy

Notice how early in his life he decided that such would not be his method of
choice. The fact of the matter is this ----------- street screaming is
the easy way out. It is much more difficult to commit a program of
discipleship. I suggest that if Mark 16: 15,16 and Mat 28:18-20 are parallel
passages, maybe the Lord was telling us that the method of choice, in the
proclaiming of the gospel to the world was that of discipleship.

It is much easier to get up, grab the horn, put on your favorite gun slinger
T - shirt and yell at a few people for a while. I know a few street
preachers. Good guys. Full of faith and legalists, to the man.

I strongly disagree, John.  I have been a disciple.  I have  discipled others.  I have taken part in prison ministries.  I have banged on doors, presented the Gospel and handed out tracts.  I have even filled the pulpit from time to time.  I try to gently lead a home church today.

I have never had the guts to be a street preacher.  They are a special breed.
