The French stamp translations all (most?) seemed to be UTF8 encoded, so I changed their labels from "fr=" to "fr.utf8=" so that they render properly. Ditto for the Lithuanian translations. I also tried to clean up the Euro strings, though I'm pretty beat (still suffering from the flu), so I didn't do a very good job. ;) Karl, feel like cleaning up after me? :) :) Thx so much, everyone!
