I thought it was actually very good and showed a McCain we hadn't seen
in months. There is still nothing that would have actually made me
vote for the guy, but he was looser and more human than in ages.

While the View thing was only okay -- yeah, we got it after about a
minute -- I thought the Countdown sketch was gawdawful. Olbermann can
certainly stand some ego-puncturing, but the sketch itself went on -
way- too long. The video of the guy doing Olbermann's special comment
on the Subway sandwich guy is much funnier, shorter, and on point.

And, of course, anything featuring Wiig is to be deplored.

Oh, and I was wondering if it were possible for Affleck to do a sketch
where he didn't break himself up.

Bah.
