For the record, they added a jib cam and a fixed camera at the top of
the audience bleachers... that and four other cameras make up the
total camera crew, which is the same Conan used when he was in LA in
the late 1990s. The effect you all are talking/complaining about is
achieved by cameramen who are quick on the fly and know what shots the
director wants.
