There wasn't a shot of Batiste during JT's panel segments, but he was in the
background of a shot of Colbert and JT walking to their seats. Without Batiste
in focus, I can't be sure it was the same bold pattern as in the second act.
But it was *not* the same coat he was wearing during the bulk of the show.
