Ditto for us, but it started back in 2002. We have tried to maintain four maintenance contracts with IBM and it has been an absolute mess dealing with them. Failure to invoice, failure to record our payments correctly, inability to resolve the contract problems, promises to "look into it" and then no reply and more. Towards the end of 2003 after spending a huge amount of time and making absolutely no progress with them, I gave up trying to get it resolved and just walked away. When the "amnesty" program was announced I had no desire to head back into that mess again and ignored it. From my perspective, IBM is just letting the U2 maintenance business disintegrate.
