A duplicate report has been submitted after "indicator-weather" closed unexpectedly. The reporting of this bug only vaguely resembled the instructions in Ubuntu Help. It seems the help page is out of date - clicking "Report" in the original "Report a Problem" window took me directly to Launchpad and an almost entirely different list of questions.
