The easiest thing to get you started would most likely be ClarkConnect (http://www.clarkconnect.com/). This comes with several useful functions (Like HTTP proxy, antispam etc.) and is very easy to install and configure. It's free for 10 mailboxes (the number of mailboxes is the only limitation in the free version) and it can do a host of useful functions for several people. I've used it for many years and I like it alot.
