The Music folder needs to be searchable by squeezecenter - this means
setting the folder permissions as executable.  Check whether this is
the case by browsing to your music folder and clicking properties >
permissions
or in a terminal;

If the folders and files are not executable/searchable, permissions
need to be changed.
