Hi Pacal, there is nothing that guarantees that the SPDIF and analog outs are using the same clock. We know that right now the SPDIF is using the USB PLL, but I don't know what the analog out is using. If its using a different clock than the SPDIF, ALSA will have to choose one or the other to sync the stream to, that means the other WILL have clicks etc because the clocks aren't synced. On the Touch this worked because all outs automatically used the same clock source. This is NOT necessarily true on the wandboard.
