Steen, Greg, Ralphy,

Please find attached the latest version of my piCorePlayer applet (I've
also included the pcp and pcp-lms-functions files in the zip).

The following things have been added or changed:

- Rescan LMS media library option.
- Wake-on-LAN option with user editable LMS MAC address and choice of
network interface used. Network interfaces are auto populated from
  '/etc/class/net/'.
- Allow a different backlight brightness when powered off option (see
  below).
- Enable/Disable power-on button when player is powered off option
  (see below).

_Rescan_LMS_media_library_option_

Added 'pcp rescan', 'pcp rescan_status' and 'pcp connection_status' to
'/usr/local/sbin/pcp'. Added 'pcp_lms_rescan_status()' to
'/home/tc/www/cgi-bin/pcp-lms-functions'.
Tests for LMS availability and doesn't initiate a rescan when one is
already running.

_Wake-on-LAN_option_

Fully integrated in the piCorePlayer applet. Creates a temporary file,
'/tmp/pcp_nics.txt', which stores the detected network interfaces.
Settings are stored in '/home/tc/.jivelite/settings/piCorePlayer.lua'.
As a future option the MAC address and network interface configured here
could be saved to the boot sequence of piCorePlayer. Menu options do not
work for now.

_Allow_a_different_backlight_when_powered_off_option_

For this to work we need to know when the player is powered on or off.
This needs a few dirty hacks in a few JiveLite .lua files as there is no
real integration between the player (squeezelite) and the user interface
(JiveLite). Jivelite does not have a notion of a 'power state' unlike
SqueezePlay where the player and the interface are integrated. The
interface for adjusting the backlight level is the same as for the
"powered" backlight level but there is no visual feedback. Setting is
stored in '/home/tc/.jivelite/settings/piCorePlayer.lua'. This options
does not work at the moment as I have not submitted the necessary
changes to JiveLite and these changes need more testing.

_Enable/Disable_power-on_button_when_player_is_powered_off_option_

This option enables or disables the power-on button visible in the top
left corner when the player is powered off and the the touch screen
detects a touch event. If disabled the player is powered on immediately
without first showing a power-on button. Power-on from a remote always
bypasses the power-on button routine.Setting is stored in
'/home/tc/.jivelite/settings/piCorePlayer.lua'. This options does not
work at the moment as I have not submitted the necessary changes to
JiveLite and these changes need more testing.

Regards,
Arie
