Uuuups me again, if you're working "with smoothen to nurbs" SDS you'll get always distortions here and there and you have to export your geometry one "facering" more because of the difference between nurbs-interpolation and flat polys.
The really best at all was on my side a conversion between RS and Lightwave with it's set "Subdivision-UV" possibility.
