I had heard this was the case. Wasn't there talk about using Plexus (or something called Summit)? In any case having another web framework (in addition to keel) built around Avalon would be great. Fortress would have many advantages over ECM though. I'd love to help, but I'm really swamped at the moment. Perhaps I'll check out the sources sometime around the upcoming holiday.
