The idea is to have an independant set of help snippets that could be
used as documentation for the sample databases in an m:n relation. The
databases only need to store the correct help index key to show a
certain aspect to the learning user.

I think this is a very good idea - I think its also need a section about
reports. I will try to contribute but I don't feel that my English is
good enough. I'm working with some sample databases and tutorials in
Norwegian and some of this I suppose could be translated but then I will
need some help. My Norwegian pages is found at
