Try this, then:

systemctl list-unit-files | grep mdmonitor

When I did it, I learned that unlike you, I do have mdmonitor.service active. And, a search of fedoraforum.org revealed that there's also mdmonitor-takeover.service which might or might not be running. (I don't have it.) And, there might be others which neither of us has thought of, which is why I made the grep pattern as generic as seemed reasonable.
