That appears to be from
cat /opt/openoffice.org/ure/bin/versionrc
rather than
cat /opt/openoffice.org/basis3.0/program/versionrc

Either way, it's an old build, the current Beta2 build should be 300m3
(Build:9328)* ProductSource=BEEB300.

* Build:9328 may be different on 64bit - don't know as I have 32bit.

So I don't know if you just reinstalled what you already had installed
to begin with. Build:9316 is considerably older than Build:9328. Was the
file you downloaded
OOo_3.0.0beta2_20080707_LinuxX86-64_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz

If you'd like to run the latest development m4 9347 build then download
OOo-Dev_OOO300_m4_LinuxX86-64_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz from here:
ftp://ftp.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/mirror/OpenOffice.org/extended/developer/OOO300_m4
I'd recommend this one vs the beta as you can experiment with the
lastest fixes. Standard download info is from:
