I should have checked first... seems to me that if you use the standard
OOo download, then 'Tools|Options|Laguage Settings|Languages|Default
languages for documents|Western|English UK' you can "organise' and
'organize' to your heart's content. I checked this with a fresh install
of OOo 2.4.1 in WinXP. Or am I still missing something here?

Note: I did download and install the gb language pack for OOO300m6 (the
next development version after OOo3.0RC1) and didn't seem to detect
anything different than if I'd not installed it. So, what specifically
does the gb language pack do that is not included in the original
english download?
