I've just installed OOo 3.0.1 - OOO300m15 (Build:9379) from the ppa repository on my Intrepid x86_64 box. Just add « http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu intrepid main» (without the quotation marks, but don't forget to include «deb » before the address when typing the latter in) to your third-party repositories....
