I forgot to add in my other reply that my suggestion to boycott (ie
systematically delete without reading) all messages with such subjects
should be intended not to "punish" people not skilled enough to use
that form properly, but as a sort of absolutely voluntary and
constructive "strike" to stimulate moderators, webmaster, whoever has
access to that form, to change it so that it refuses messages which
still have "YOU MUST GIVE A SUMMARY HERE" as the only subject.

However, if you think that automatically deleting or otherwise ignoring such messages will make the moderators do something about that web site than I think you are being uncharacteristically optimistic.

I personally think that ignoring requests for help, even if badly phrased, is just rude; the sort of behaviour I'd not even expect from the support desk of that other office suite.
