The first "up to 10" rwhp and some performance enhancing weight loss
should be able to be done for under $1K ... at even the most extreme
list prices ... after that ... get your wallet out .... These weren't
exactly dodge dart motors to start with so it gets expensive simply
re-manufacturing or changing things out .... Be careful ... what you
ask for ... loss of driveability, convenience and dependability
usually aren't worth the trouble .... Decide exactly what your goal is
.... make sure it is obtainable .... and understand exactly what has
to be done to get there ...... don't set anything aside to "figure out
when you get there" .... After you have done this ... if you like it
.... schedule it .. fund it ... and get it done ........
