TC makes a good point.
Take it from someone who was where you are 1 year ago. I wanted the fastest
Vmax in town & was willing to do pretty much whatever it took to get there.
If you want the details of my "adventure" I can e-mail you privately. Don't
want to bore the list with all this. Many of them already know my story.

Howie,
Why don't you take a look at Terry's dyno sheets off of

The first "up to 10" rwhp and some performance enhancing
weight loss
should be able to be done for under $1K ... at even the most
extreme
list prices ... after that ... get your wallet out ....
These weren't
exactly dodge dart motors to start with so it gets expensive
simply
re-manufacturing or changing things out .... Be careful ...
what you
ask for ... loss of driveability, convenience and
dependability
usually aren't worth the trouble .... Decide exactly what
your goal is
.... make sure it is obtainable .... and understand exactly
what has
to be done to get there ...... don't set anything aside to
"figure out
when you get there" .... After you have done this ... if you
like it
.... schedule it .. fund it ... and get it done ........
