I'll back you upon this conclusion.  When I was running Silkolene Racelube
20-50 mineral, my oil light seldom came on.  I just changed to Bel Ray EXP
20-50 semi synthetic and my oil light comes on during hard launches.  The
viscosity is the same but perhaps the semi synth has less mass.  I'll have
to weigh two equal amounts and see if there is any difference.  I'll keep
an eye on my sight glass to see if I experience the same level changes.
