There's a guy here in Sweden who makes a three-position Vboost switch
(always on/normal/always off). I know a couple of guys who are happy with
them. Last time I checked the price was $50.- + shipping. Dale Talker sells
his at $134...

I think he makes them on his spare time. If there's interest I can check it
out.
