But you can no longer get FC3 from the official mirrors...

In any case, just adjust your sources.list to use this instead:

http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

Do note that Ubuntu makes a new release every 6 months, which severely limits
their ability to keep repositories live forever, as mirrors would overflow.
