Hi Rion,

I have Dapper and Hardy (plus my /home directory) installed on
different partitions on my laptop (this is all Paul Flint's
handiwork). I like Hardy but keep Dapper around for a couple of
reasons, the most outstanding is that Hardy comes with Firefox 3
beta (recently upgraded to RC1) and the new browser is NOT yet
compatible with my bank's online access.

I hope when he gets online, he'll have advice you can actually
use. Just wanted to warn you about a possible frying pan=>fire
situation.

I have had problems sync-ing my my Evolution mail from Dapper to
Hardy, also. This seems fixable, but isn't as yet. Otherwise, I
can now migrate from D to H (skipping E-F-G, woo hoo!) at my
leisure.

Rick
