Funny you should mention Gordon. I got a message from him on Monday that 
coming to the Sowbug this year would conflict with a prior commitment 
but will have it on the calendar for 2005.

by Gordon Mackenzie.  Frank Amato Publications.  ISBN 1-57188-229-4 
for the spiral bound version.   A most excellent book for flies tied 
with this method.  He has some beautiful salmon  and steelhead 
patterns in it.  You could work from these ideas.  I picked mine up at 
Barnes and Noble.
