I like that fly!  I’m going to tie some of those up for our trips to the
Cape.  My buddy blew out his Powell Tiburon 10wt. It took forever to get the
rod back.  Come to think of it …  I don’t know if he’s gotten it back yet.
I think I’m going to switch to using the Tiburon we have this summer and see
if I can cast it better than my GLoomis.

About ten years ago,  I "Clousered"  a brand new Loomis GLX 9wt at 3 AM on
Dogfish Bar on
Martha's Vineyard .  The rod broke about 3 or 4 casts after the contact.
Fortunately, had 
a great connection at Loomis at the time and they overnighted a rod the next
morning.
 
I now use a "Well Digger's Arse"  instead of a "Clouser" for most uses.
