Whether you use a rope or abungee just be sure it is
tight enough that it will not allow the wheel to go
overcenter - that would create some unwanted
excitement when it WON'T come back by itself. With
steering limited to less than one full turn you're
still going to have some trouble negotiating tight
corners...
