Asad, your comment about wondering how he could shift with his right hand in a LHD drive car was amusing - my wife and I honeymooned in Barbados, which was RHD and drive on the left. We rented a little car called a Mini-Moke, and I had the same (opposite) concern. Turned out it was almost unnoticeably different, just had to be conscious of it for the first few minutes.
