Good research Kristof. I'd forgotten that I'd posted that message. I hadn't know my wife for even a year then and she hadn't even made her first trip to America yet. Time flies!
That photo was just so awesome. I know I'll never be the same person I was back then but that's okay. I've adopted some new mottos for my life: Work at making good memories because if you don't, you'll have nothing to look back on. Also, when I flew to Connecticut last July and brought my Weedhopper aircraft back home, I spoke with a wonderful guy named Andy. He told me that Helen Keller (the blind and deaf lady) said, "Life is either a bold adventure or nothing at all." Point taken. So I'm working hard at making memories and tackling life as a bold adventure.
