i am still alive. erin needs to check the hot vws article on doing this. i don't think he knows the irs brackets get set inside the frame. otherwise the trailing arms are out to far and nothing lines up. also getting clearance for cv joints weakens the frame legs unless done properly. i think i have the articles,but i believe he will think too much and not do it correctly. ron lummus even mentions adding internal bracing. if me i would use a 69 frame and set the 63 frame in storage.
