Usually if you apply the pressure just so, you're fine.  A piece of an old 

bushing welded on the side of the CV that would slip over the shaft on the 

press would keep it locked onto the press.  To keep it from rolling off the 

side of the horn, I could just put a piece of c-channel up under the horn 

and it would hold it steady.  Also, if it was a big issue, I could just tack 

weld it to the horn, press, and grind it off when done.
