Annie, If your router is set to the 2.4, you should be good to go! You could always double check by going to neato robotics.calm and look on their help/support pages.

Wi-Fi not with standing? my partner, fully sighted, reckons he could talk a person through tapping In the right places using face time. but I think the neato people would be better!
