There certainly is a cost. I subscribe at the lowest level. I’ve found them to be very much worth the money. Overall, I’ve saved money from asking for help for someone to come to my home or office to read materials and other things. I’ve needed them at odd hours; having an immediate response has been invaluable. Examples: at 10:00 PM identifying printer cartridges with low ink and assisting me to change them; reading labels from medication bottles.
