Hi Mary,
I remember back a few months ago you were complaining about not having a home
button on the new iPhones. Also you complained adamantly about the face ID on
numerous emails. Then today or yesterday you said the face ID was working very
well on your new iPhone. You seem to talk out of both sides of your mouth. LOL
Have a good day.
Mr. Ed

Mary,

New versions of iOS often did not offer the full feature set to older devices
and in some cases if hardware constraints make this impossible then that is
just how it is. If Apple decides to do this deliberately then it's a different
story, but if that is what they do then that is what they do. It is their
hardware and while you bought it it's definitely their software which they make
available for free and under their license terms so they can do what they want.

Yes. Sure. So it’s OK for phones to be issued now that have last year‘s
operating system and that’s no big deal. But it’s a problem when Apple’s newest
operating system doesn’t have every feature available to older phones. Right.
Bull nuts.
