Thanks. I'll be definitely doing that brand-switch thing. It's
incredible how little audiologists really know about their clientele,
existing or potential.
Re the state agency for blind people, forgetaboutit. New York's offices
are bereft of knowledge in this area. I already tried before I got these
ReSound ones.
