Personally I've found that many companies are very sensitive about what gets posted on social media sites and in online reviews; thanks for your points here Bob, and thanks for initiating this Neil.

I also agree that the approach proposed by others is also reasonable. Let's not get wrapped up in the fact that only courts can initiate change on accessibility. Public pressure is a good vehicle also. This is coming from a lawyer who favors the court system anyway, (smile).
