Like I said, this was just speculation, and since I posted the message below, others have said they see this problem even though they didn't do an over the air update. I'm not sure I've done a reset with my phone since I've had it, so I haven't been too worried about this issue myself. I did update my iPhone from iTunes, but that was a little while ago, and other than that, I almost never use iTunes. When I do use it, it's on Windows 7 with NVDA.
