I'm pretty sure I saw a message stating a soft reset was what was being
talked about. I'm not sure I've had to do a soft reset myself, but there
has been enough discussion on this list to know that some people have a
problem where they don't get VoiceOver back after doing a soft reset
while others don't see this problem.
