Mine on a two-year-old 14 Pro is 95%. I try to charge at 20-30, but once mine went down so that the phone simply would not function at all. I generally charge to the 80's somewhere, other than the occasional higher, as in instance given in previous post, where I know I am going to be needing longer time on a charge.
