Hi there. You bring up a good point, and that is why I said in my first message
that I am fully conscious that I might be doing something wrong because of my
less familiar usage of jaws. It's kind of funny that Apple worked with GW micro
specifically to make sure that window eyes and iTunes are accessible. Yet later
updates to iTunes have broken accessibility with all screenwriters just as you
pointed out. So that really means that no one is immune. I believe that Apple
will not even support you if you call with iTunes questions and it is running
on windows. Or if they will support you, it is probably with a less happy heart
then if you were running iTunes on the Mac. I could be wrong about this, and it
may have changed, but I know it used to be this way. All in all, if there is a
way to do things with any screen reader and iTunes or the web, as long as it
can be done then that is the real goal.
