I did notice on the last update ios6.13 I did have to plug in my charger as
I didn't have enough battery, I'm not sure if this is a new thing or if this
has always been the case when updating.

I have always updated on the first day the update was available, and I've

I think I will follw the advice as I do have apps on there I never use.
There are always apps we download to try them and end up always using the
apps we prefer so, no harm in dumping them.

out. I don't know if its because the servers are too busy but it often
happens that there errors in the downloads. I usually wait 1 or 2 days
after the release. After all, what's the rush. My current version is
working well.
