Hi, Here in Ireland, it appears, that many of the barcodes used by shops Are not on the main database. However, RedLaser does see the barcodes perfectly well, but simply gives me faulty information or only the number. I divined from this that you are not having problems finding and scanning the barcode, and that you are experiencing the same situation as me, that is, those barcodes Are not on the same database which is accessed by RedLaser.
