out more money formore things, but in this case I feel sure you would
benefit from it. And one last point, as far as I'm aware, you never can
feel
a bar code. They are merely printed impressions and are never tactile.

Same with canned stuff, he just can't seem to understand organization
is necessary.

The app will beep, and vo will either announce a back button, or, much
less frequently, the product name or price. If you have any vision,
you will see that the flash will also turn off.

First, be sure you have the flash on, as this seems to help a whole lot.
Second, try different distances. My iPhone5 seems to like six to ten
inches away, but different cameras may need slightly different
distances. If possible, get an item and have someone tell you where
the code is, then practice scanning that so you can get a feel for
where the phone needs to be to get a good scan.

Actually, you're in the right place. I don't know what multi scan
is, so I leave it off, but now your phone is looking for a code.
Just show it a bar code and you should be off and running.
