I posted a patch to the test, but it was only a fluke of the VMS test harness that caused it to run in the first place. See: <http://www.xray.mpe.mpg.de/mailing-lists/vmsperl/2001-04/msg00066.html> Your overall number of tests (237?) is about right for 5.6.1, so if this was your only failure you're good to go. 5.8.0 has about 650 test scripts, so there's a lot more that can go wrong. -- ________________________________________ Craig A.
