The manufacturer's face plate says this flow meter's minimum flow is higher than what Rossi recorded! The manufacturer's manual says you should not run this in a half-full pipe, which is what Rossi did. If you take the manufacturer's word, then you cannot take the ERV's word. They are in conflict. Which do you believe? They cannot both be right. - Jed
